For Non-Philippine Applicants or International Students, visit the International Student Services Office .
Application Requirements Checklist:
- Application Form fully completed and signed
- Account of conversion, signed
- Curriculum Vitae - a complete record of your experience, church and secular
- Reasons for desiring seminary training
- Plans after graduation from ATS
- Church Board Endorsement, signed by the chairman of the board and board member
- Reference Forms:
(a) Pastor
(b) Church Official or Employer
(c) Christian Friend
Print three copies of the reference form, and give to your references to be filled out. Provide each reference with a postage-ready envelope addressed to the ATS Admissions Office, so they may send/mail the forms directly to ATS.
- Waiver signed
- Statement of Beliefs signed
- Doctrinal Survey fully completed and signed
- three pcs. (2"x 2") and one pc. (1"x1")colored photographs attached
- Clear photocopies of
(a) official transcripts or attested/certified mark sheets, and
(b) diplomas, certificates, and/or professional licenses from all schools attended at the college/university level or beyond
- Photocopy of most recent official TOEFL or IELTS test score sheet(s) if you do not wish to take ATS's English Proficiency Test
- For Filipino applicants:
(a) Photocopy of your birth certificate stamped by NSO/Census
(b) Photocopy of NBI clearance
- For married Filipino applicants: photocopy of marriage certificate.
- Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized physician, including but not limited to, chest x-ray result and Hepatitis B clearance. The doctor must include a statement attesting to your physical competence to do graduate work.
