The Pastoral Studies program equips ministers for church ministry with advanced training in pastoral theology and counseling. It tackles pastoral issues and ministerial models, with core courses in evangelism, discipleship, preaching, and ministries related to marriage, family, and urban settings.
- In ATS, we believe in the local church and seek to prepare pastors for congregations whose lives demonstrate a commitment to Christ and His Word, and whose leadership depicts servanthood. We envision pastors who will be catalysts for growth and transformation of the church in becoming a high impact institution in our society. We seek to engage pastors who will be culturally relevant and sensitive to the needs of God’s people.
- Students can look forward to:
- Development of skills in ministry
- Network with pastors and churches, including various ministries in church and community
