On February 7th, 2024, Asian Theological Seminary held a New Building Dedication ceremony, which was attended by the ATS Board of Trustees, including Dr. Cecilio Pedro, Rev. James Aberin, and as well as the Vice Mayor of Quezon City, Honorable Gian Sotto, and other officials. Dr. Tim Gener, former ATS Chancellor, gave a dedicatory reflection and looked back on how the vision for the new building began back in 2017.

It was a heartfelt and meaningful Special Chapel Service that reminded us of how the Lord provided and blessed the project despite unprecedented challenges and crises during the pandemic. The highlight of the ceremony was the processional walk from the ATS Chapel to the New Building and back where Dr. Melchor Go, current chancellor of ATS, led a dedication litany. The community prayed for each part of the new building, including the counseling building, prayer room, hybrid rooms, canteen, guest and dorm rooms, Ph.D. room, and Library extension room, to be used for the glory of God.

Praise God for His wonderful and faithful provision. The dedication of the New Building is a celebration and testament to God’s steadfast love and faithfulness to Asian Theological Seminary. Indeed, Jesus Christ the Master builder fulfilled His promise.
