ATS Kicks Off the Year as Host of the First AGST Consortium Librarians Gathering
The Distinguished Librarian Members of the AGST Consortium with the ATS Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Rafael V. Alfonso.
At the start of the year, the Asian Theological Seminary (ATS) served as the venue for a gathering of librarian members of the AGST Consortium, organized by the Asia Graduate School of Theology (AGST) on January 9, 2026. Librarians and representatives from ATS, APTS, APNTS, BSOP, FEBIAS, IGSL, ASCM, and PTS were in attendance, marking a significant moment of collaboration among member institutions.
The gathering facilitated dialogue and relationship-building among participating schools, strengthening inter-institutional cooperation in support of theological education. The event concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), formalizing the consortium’s shared commitment to partnership, resource-sharing, and mutual support among member libraries in service of teaching, research, and ministry.
